About The Seminar

28 MINUTE HITT STYLE FULL BODY WORKOUT
2-3 sets of 10-15 different exercises
35 secs AMRAP (as many reps as possbile)
20 secs of rest
*Optional: stay for agility drills.
THINGS TO BRING WITH YOU:
A beach towel or Yoga Matt
Weights, if you want more options or to take your workout to the next level (Not required)
A positive attitude! (required)
THINGS TO KNOW:
There is a bathroom located at the playground across the street from the tennis courts.
There are also a few nearby food establishments (Lost Sock Roasters & Turning Natural) at the corner of 4th St. NW & Butternut St. NW
Please arrive before 12pm to allow time to park (on street), pick out your space on the field, and go to the bathroom (if needed) so you are ready at 12pm for class instruction and commencement. There is a bike share kiosk adjacent to the field on 3rd Street NW and the field is within walking distance (less than 1/2 mile) of the Takoma Metro Station.
All participants must register each time they attend and acknowledge that they have read the waiver & release.
Guest appearances by other fitness enthusiasts & different styles of workouts will be announced in advance.
Classes will NOT be held if there are NO registered attendees!
